Weekly Update!

We love to dance just as much as Groot does from the brand new Avengers movie, so in the coming weeks we will begin offering FREE dance classes! In adding another way of working out, we realize one effective way of reaching out to a lot of our younger females, dance classes would be perfect! We will have them every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7pm. They will vary from salsa, tango, classical, ballet, hip hop, and musical! If you are interested come give us a visit and ask, all are welcome!
